Ashutosh is based in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, and has been practicing Yoga for the past 4 years. He has completed his master's degree in human consciousness and yogic science from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidayalay, Haridwar, Uttarakhand. He has specialized in Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. He has been a part of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) and his source of inspiration for Yoga is the Yoga camps that were held there. One piece of advice that he has for beginners is that slow progress is better than no progress. He aspires to create a path for today's generation with the help of yoga and embrace nature for a better lifestyle. He is the perfect trainer for you if your goals are weight loss and strength building.
Apart from individual specialities, Ashutosh Chauhan is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
