Koushal Puri, who holds MSc in human consciousness and yogic science from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidayalay, Haridwar, Uttarakhand has been practicing Yoga for the past 3 years. His area of specialization is Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. His other qualifications also include B.Sc in Nutrition & Dietetics, Diploma in Personal Training, and Marma Therapy. His goal is to achieve mindfulness. Koushal’s one piece of advice to beginner yogis is to keep patience and be consistent in their daily practice. So, he is the perfect trainer for you if your goals are weight loss, strength building and peak poses.
Apart from individual specialities, Koushal Puri is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
