An Alumnus of Maharishi patanjali university in India, his specialization lies in Hatha, Pragya, Ashtanga, and prop yoga. He advises his students to take the class slow and not be in a hurry to finish things. His MA in Yoga is from Dev Sanskriti vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar and his aim is to allow his members to reach their goals through a consistent practice of Asanas and meditation. He is a source of inspiration to all of us in the team and is the perfect trainer for the goal of weight loss and overall fitness.
