She has a BSc. and MSc. degree from the University of Patanjali and SGRR University. She is a dancer, a researcher and loves to write; her main goal in life is to achieve eternal happiness by adopting the deep pursuits of spirituality. Monika specializes in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Yogic theories. She aims to balance mental well-being and physical health in her classes as she believes they are parts of the same entity and advises the same to her students. Monika believes that movement is life so whether its through her dance or her Yoga, she ensures she moves everyday. Her positive attitude gives her the ability to be the perfect trainer match for members whose goals are weight loss, strength building and flexibility.
Apart from individual specialities, Monika Bohra is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
