With 11 years of experience in yoga, he has completed 200 hours Sivananda and 500 hours Ashtanga TTC (SIVANANNDA YOGA KERLA AND ASHTANGA MYSURU). Nagendra is an expert in Sivananda, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Core flows. During his tenure at SARVA he has taught several members. A theatre artist and an acting certification, Nagendra was inspired to pursue yoga by his urge to share his blissful, joyful and exhilarating experience of yoga with the world. His one word advice to a beginner to yoga is ‘patience’. Apart from individual specialities, Nagendra Thakur is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
