Paras Tayal has 12 years of experience in the field of yoga, graduated with degrees like Yogic Sciences (University Of Patanjali), Zorba’s YTTC, SARVA Yoga Therapist, not just this, he’s an expert in quite a few forms of yoga. His specialities include Hatha yoga, Power yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Satyanand, Core, Yin, Tibetan rites and has taught yoga to more than 1000 members till date. The essence of spirituality attracted Paras towards Yoga. He believes that those who practise Yoga, not only become physically fit but thrive mentally as well. A yellow belt holder in Judo Karate and a marathon runner, Paras truly focuses on holistic wellness. His one piece of advice to a beginner in yoga is to stay positive and have faith & devotion to the practice of yoga. Paras has been with SARVA for the past 4 years and has the will to achieve health and happiness for him and his members. He is the perfect coach to help you with the goals of weight loss, stamina building for other sports and general fitness.
Apart from individual specialities, Paras Tayal is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
