This reflects in her classes and her teaching style, with 9 years of experience in the field of yoga Teena has taught thousands of students with SARVA. With a Master in Yoga degree (DSVV ( haridwar)) and expertise in power yoga, Pragya yoga and Hatha yoga, Teena is also a recipient of the Rajyapal Puraskar and Golden book of World Record Holder. What inspired Teena to begin yoga was a personal affair, the betterment of her health, this made her fall in love with yoga and pursue a career in the practice that transformed her life. Her advice to a beginner in yoga is a very simple 3 step process: 1. Find a yoga teacher that inspires you. 2. Don't compare yourself with others. 3. Be aware of your breath. In the 7 years that Teena has been a part of the SARVA ecosystem, she’s managed to teach thousands of members.
