Yoga is a very important part of my daily routine. It helps me feel more centered, get clarity and stay focused. For me, these are the aspects required for being at peace and being happy and Yoga has helped me find them.
It has been 2 decades that I have been practicing Yoga and I have met people from many walks of life struggling with unimaginable problems of the body and the mind. The world needs Yoga. And at SARVA, if there’s a health related problem, its highly likely that we have solved that problem for someone before. The modern day trends of sedentary lifestyle and work-first culture has led to problems like obesity, poor posture, chronic pain, stress, hormonal imbalances, improper sleep and so many more problems that arise from these as well.
