Q.1 Before I pay, can I take a trial?
Q.2 What if I want a second trial?
No, we do not allow second trial. Trial is just for experience on how class works and what will be the format. Because to show impact we have to take min commitment.
Q.3 Can I change my goal?
Yes, you can. Just inform your personal trainer or our sales executive and we will customize your plan as per your requirements.
Q.4 Who will decide/select my personal trainer?
All our coaches are trained and certified by SARVA. We will choose a perfect coach for you.
Q.5 Can I change my instructor after payment?
Q.6 How does the LIVE 1-on-1 session works?
You’ll be provided a Zoom link where you’ll meet our instructor and practice LIVE with them.
Q.7 What if I have an emergency during the period of my membership?
You can inform your personal trainer about the situation and we can either reschedule the session or come up with the best possible solution.
Q.8 What if I’m not happy with my subscription and want a refund?
At SARVA we ensure to provide the best in class experience which isn’t just limited to your workout session. But in case we fail to match your expectations, you will be refunded the amount of the unused sessions.
We will validate the concern and if found valid it will be processed.
Q.9 Is the EMI option available?
No cost EMI is only available for the 12 months pack. Contact our sales agent to know more.
Q.10 How are the monthly and annual packs different?
Apart from the number of sessions, the annual pack comes with bonuses like extra PT sessions, FREE SARVA LIVE membership, customized diet plans, FREE access to the premium content on the SARVA App. Contact our sales agent to know more.
Q.11 What is the process to claim refund of membership fees?
To raise refund request, you have to email firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim to process and complete refund requests within 30 business day of receiving the request. However, if there is a delay beyond 30 days, please notify us at email@example.com. During the refund process, we may request that you validate key information required to process your refund.
Q.12 What are the valid conditions for claiming refund of membership fees?
SARVA allows refund of fee on prorate basis, for balance sessions. Bonus sessions are not considered for refunds. The Company shall not be liable for any refund, if the Member does not attend the allotted classes within the stipulated tenure and does not claim for refund within the said tenure.
Q.13 How is refund calculation done in case of membership fees paid through no cost EMI?
In case of EMI payment mode opted from SARVA partnered vendor -
a) If cancellation, request is within 90 days of payment of membership fees, SARVA will get the arrangement foreclosed and process the refund in line with Q12.
b) If cancellation, request is after 90 days, customer will have to foreclose the loan with bank and then provide necessary documents to SARVA for processing the refunds.
c) This 90 days threshold will differ from member's bank to bank.
