1. Butterfly Pose - Titli Asana

The first pose in yoga for sexual health flow is the butterfly pose. It is a very good practice to help open up the lower body, relieve muscle tension and stiffness. As it's also fun to do it can help in enhancing the mood.

Steps:

  1. Sit on the mat with your legs straight in front.
  2. Inhale, bring your feet together, bending your knees.
  3. Exhale, press your knees down towards the mat.
  4. With breathing, keep flapping your thighs for about 1 minute.

2. Bridge pose - Setu Bandha Asana

One of the best practices in yoga for sexual health flow is the bridge pose. It is very helpful in strengthening the pelvic muscles and helps you to have a pain-free intimate experience.

Steps:

  1. Lie down on the back.
  2. Inhale, bend your knees and lift your pelvis up to make a bridge like pose.
  3. Try holding your ankles.
  4. Exhale, hold the pose for 5 breaths.

3. Garudasana - Eagle pose

  1. Lie down on your back.
  2. Bend your knees and bring your feet up.
  3. Inhale, hold your feet from the outer sides.
  4. Exhale, press your knees towards the mat or armpits.
  5. Hold comfortably for a few breaths.

5. Shashankasana- Rabbit pose

Despite being very simple and easy, this pose in yoga for sexual health flow is highly beneficial for your mind and body. You can also practice this on the bed or a mattress for better relaxation.

  2. Inhale and stretch your arms towards the ceiling.
  3. Exhale, bend forward, drop your hands and forehead down on the mat.
  4. Chest on the knees.
  5. Hold for 5 breaths comfortably.
