Aishwarya has an experience of 7 years in the field of yoga and has completed her certification in TTC 200 hours Sivananda style and post-graduation diploma and masters in yoga science (University of Patanjali , Sivananda Ashram). Her expertise lies in classical Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, aerial yoga and multidisciplinary styles and has taught more than 1000 members with SARVA. Her inclination towards sports and fitness led her to yoga and inspired her to begin her career in the field. Her advice for a beginner in yoga is, “you are not too stiff or too late to start yoga. Beginning is always little challenging but in few weeks only you can see the magic happening if you keep the faith in your practice and teacher.” She personifies the never give up attitude and always strives to achieve the sync between mind, body and soul.
