Akshay believes, everyone must be in learning mode, always. A consistent learner, Akshay has the experience of doing Yoga for the last 10 years and has the experience of teaching for the last 5. Based in Rishikesh, he is the alumnus of the prestigious Patanjali University and his personal favourite Yoga form is Hatha yoga. His advice to his beginner students is “Listen to your body”. His aim is to continuously keep learning, keep growing and become the best version of himself. Akshay’s expertise lies in hatha Yoga and he is the perfect trainer for you if your goals are weight loss and strength building.
Apart from individual specialities, Akshay Rana is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
