“When you have a dream, you've got to grab it and never let go” is the ideology that our instructor Aparna strongly believes in. With over 9 years of experience in the field of yoga and a Masters degree in yoga & holistic health, Aparna has experience in Yoga for weight loss. An alumnus of Dev sanskriti vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar, she has taught 375+ students with SARVA. Aparna took up Yoga because she wanted to live a more stress free and peaceful life. She was so enamoured by the lifestyle that she ended up becoming a yoga instructor herself. Her definition of a Yogi is 'someone who does things to perfection. Every little thing he does will be perfect because he has that equanimity of mind.’ Aparna’s advice to a beginner is simple. “Don't worry about anything else, first focus on your breathing and make sure that your posture is correct” everything else will fall into place in your practice. Under her guidance prepare yourself to give it your all to achieve your goal. She is the perfect coach to help you with the goals of weight loss and general fitness.
Apart from individual specialities, Aparna Goliyan is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
