He has a Masters in Yoga and has studied at the University of Patanjali. An expert in SARVA’s 25 forms of yoga, Ashu strives to make sure that you will learn something new in his class every single day. What inspired him to practise yoga is the balance of calmness and fitness that yoga brought to him.He aspires to be a renowned international yoga instructor and has a piece of advice for all beginners in this field. His advice is to be positive and avoid making comparisons. In sessions with Ashu, you will have fun and work towards your goals in a stress-free environment. He is the perfect trainer for you if your goals are weight loss, strength building and flexibility.
Apart from individual specialities, Ashu Verma is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
