Clearly a poet at heart, she has been in the field of yoga for 7 years with a degree of M.A in Human consciousness & Yogic Sciences (Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Haridwar). Avantika’s aim is to achieve the best results for her members. She believes in maintaining balance in her profession and is a master at prop yoga at SARVA. Her inspiration for yoga comes from her students. She enjoys connecting with them and helping them reach the point where yoga can help them with their body, mind or life in general. Avantika has been with SARVA for a few years and her one piece of advice to a beginner in yoga is to ‘go slow’, set your pace and be patient with the results. She is the perfect coach to help you with the goals of weight loss and general fitness.
Apart from individual specialities, Avantika Patel is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
