Think of yourself as graceful and expanding, no matter how unlikely it may seem at the time.” She has an experience of 7 years in the field and has completed her certification in classical yoga, ashtanga vinyasa primary series and aerial yoga (The yoga institute). She has taught almost 100 members during her tenure with SARVA. Janhavi comes from an advertising background which makes her familiar with all the struggles a sedentary lifestyle worker goes through. She was inspired to begin her journey with yoga to find her mental and physical wellness and led to her pursuing yoga as a full-time career. She has been featured in Free press journal, Elle, and Cosmopolitan. Her one piece of advice to a beginner in yoga is,“Be true to your practice.” This vinyasa expert is sure to help you reach your full potential and achieve your goals in fitness through yoga.
Apart from individual specialities, Jahnavi Patwardhan is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
