A dancer at heart and yogi by profession Nikita has an experience of 5 years in the field of yoga. She has completed her masters in yoga, she also has a diploma in yoga from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute, she’s done 200 hours YTTC from Delhi and has a 6-month certificate from DSVV (Haridwar). Nikita specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa and Power yoga. What inspired Nikita to become a yoga professional were the holistic health benefits that it offers, she looks up to Deepika Mehta. Her one piece of advice to a beginner in yoga is, “They should be gentle with their practice without comparing themselves with others.” She strives to become a better teacher every time she steps on the mat, so you can be sure to learn something new and advance in your practice with Nikita.
