Paromita lives by the philosophy of living in the present and giving your 100% for every single thing you do. Her passionate and practical approach to the practice of yoga makes her laser focussed towards practising Yoga and helping you achieve your goals through it. With a B.A in yoga and naturopathy (Sri Sri university), the forms of yoga she loves to teach are the classic Ashtanga and the newer prop yoga forms. She has been a Yoga practitioner for 10 years and has been a teacher for 4. Her philosophy of practice is, give your 100%. Incidentally that's something she also advises beginners as well. If you give your 100%, there’s nothing that can stop you. She has taught over 500 yoga practitioners in SARVA. Her goal in life is to keep improving her practice and to continue to help members through SARVA to make their practice more meaningful and goal driven.
Apart from individual specialities, Paromita Ghosh is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
