She has a BSc. and MSc. in Human consciousness and Yoga Science and is an alumnus of Patanjali University, Haridwar, Vinyasa Yoga School, Rishikesh and Svyasa Bangalore. Prachi Pathak has a 200 hour TTC certification in Vinyasa Yoga, 7 days Pre and Postnatal Yoga training and has done a TTC course with SARVA. Her area of expertise lies in Asthanga and Vinayasa Yoga and she is passionate to learn new yoga forms to spread the message of good health to the masses. With over 3 years of professional teaching experience, she has taught around 200 students and has helped with health goals like weight loss, strength training and mobility. For Prachi Pathak learning never stops and thus she tries to make each class extra special from the last one. Apart from individual specialities, Prachi Pathak is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
