A certified botanist, Priyanka radiates peace and positivity. She has 6 years of experience in the field of yoga out of which she has been an active teacher for 4 years. She has taught more than 160 members at SARVA and has a Masters in yoga science and holistic health. She has studied from the Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya (DSVV). She specialises in SARVA’s 25 forms of yoga, which make sure you will never get bored in a class with Priyanka. What inspired her to practise yoga is the belief that health is wealth, be it mental or physical. She strives to achieve spiritual calmness for herself through yoga and it reflects in her style of teaching. Her one piece of advice for a beginner is very simple, ‘Positivity In Negativity Out’. Apart from individual specialities, Priyanka Pokhriyal is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
