“Yoga se sab hoga.” is one principle that Ravindra abides by. This loosely translates to yoga will take care/help you with everything. With 12 years of experience in the field of yoga and certification like Master degree in yoga (Gurukul University), Ravindra has taught nearly 1000 members with SARVA. He is an expert in prop yoga and hatha yoga. A close family member, his sister, inspired Ravindra to take up yoga as a career. When he was asked to give a piece of advice to a beginner in the field of yoga he said, try to listen to your body first. Through his own journey of yoga Ravindra strives to achieve ‘shanti’ and be certain that by practising yoga with him and under his guidance you will achieve the peace, calmness and stillness that you’ve always wanted. He is the perfect coach to help you if your goal is weight loss and general fitness.
Apart from individual specialities, Ravindra Rawat is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
