The 300+ members who have trained with Ritika at SARVA, have benefitted from her 6 years of yoga practice experience and her formal education i.e. BSc. and MSc.in yoga science from the prestigious University of Patanjali. Ritika is inspired by people who are disciplined and consistent in their practice, which may be her teacher or students. Her expertise lies in Hatha yoga, Ashtanga, vinyasa and Power yoga, which makes her the perfect trainer for the goals of weight loss and general fitness. She has a therapy yoga certificate, and aims to do a PhD in Yogic sciences as well. Her aim as a yoga instructor is to help people find their true self through Yoga and she is the perfect instructor to help you achieve your goals for Weight loss, increasing stamina and better flexibility.
Apart from individual specialities, Ritika Rathore is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
