Rohit’s aim for being a Yoga instructor is to be someone who enables people to live a healthy lifestyle. Rohit has been a Yoga practitioner for over 6 years and has been teaching for 3 years. As a student at SARVA, the master trainers called him one of the most committed students in their TTC classes. His inspiration is Basavaraj, our master trainer at SARVA and what he loves about his Yoga practice is that it allows him to build his own knowledge and helps him become more disciplined as well. His advice to beginners is “Don't rush yourself through each pose or the class. Yoga is purposeful, mindful, and fluid. By moving slowly, you make sustainable progress. Also, it can help prevent injury, boost your mindfulness, and improve your overall concentration” But, ‘slow’ doesn't reflect the nature of his classes. His alma mater is the Yogshala in Bhopal and he has a TTC certification in Hatha Yoga. He is the perfect instructor to help you achieve your goals for Weight loss, increasing stamina, a destressed mind and better flexibility.
