She has been practicing yoga for the past 14 years and comes with 7 years of experience in teaching yoga. She has completed PG Diploma in yogic science and masters in yoga. Her expertise lies in Therapy yoga. She aspires to become a yoga coach where people can look up to her for their health and career. Her advice to beginners in yoga is “Your goal, your vision isn't something that needs to be created- it already exists within you. You just need to get in touch with it. Take a deep breath and seek the energy from the Universe to accomplish it.” So, she is the perfect coach for you if your goals are weight loss and strength building.
Apart from individual specialities, Saptashikha Dhar is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
