Health is wealth ,Peace of mind is happiness , Yoga shows the way. This is Seema’s philosophy about Yoga. She believes in the overall development of the body and the mind and swears by Yoga for her own personal transformation in the last 8 years that she has been practising Yoga. She has been teaching yoga for 2 years and is an alumnus of the prestigious University of Patanjali, Haridwar. Her 300+ members in SARVA have made immense progress in their practice under Seema’s guidance. Her mastery lies in Hatha yoga, Sivananda Yoga and Prop yoga. Whenever a member is demotivated, Seema’s advice to them is to ask them to stop comparing themselves to others, “You are a unique combination of things that make you a different person. Do not compare yourself to someone else in any aspect of Yoga, maybe you are built for different things in life!”. Seema took up Yoga in the hope to take care of her own mental and physical health. Seema’s master’s in Yogic sciences and a YTTC from the Sivananda ashram give her the ability to be the perfect trainer match for members whose goals are weight loss, strength building and flexibility.
Apart from individual specialities, Seema Semwal is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
