Sheetal Pareek is from Jaipur, Rajasthan, and has been practising yoga for the past 4 years. She has completed her master’s in Yogic Science and Human Consciousness from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar, Uttarakhand. She has expertise in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, and Vinyasa. Sheetal is also certified in Marma Therapy, Acupressure, Naturopathy, and Yagyopathy. She believes that many health-related issues could be solved by practising yoga daily and that has even inspired her to learn ancient health sciences of India. Her advice to beginners is that accept you're a beginner, forget the pictures or perceptions you may have seen before, and focus on yourself. Her goal is to instil confidence in others about their health through the practice of yoga. So, she is the perfect trainer for you if your goals are weight loss and strength building.
Apart from individual specialities, Sheetal Pareek is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
