With 5 years of experience in the field of yoga and having taught nearly 1500 members with SARVA, Shraddha holds degrees like Yoga and alternative therapy, 500hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa YTT certificate and PG diploma in the field of yoga (Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya vidhyalya (uttrakhand), Lal Bahadur Shastri (delhi)).When we asked her what inspired her to continue the practice of yoga she said, “My greatest inspiration in yoga comes from students.
