Supriya’s yoga journey begins with the quote, Yoga is the journey of the self,through the self,to the self. And its so true. Her 6 years of Yoga practice has made her a very empathetic and sharp individual. She took up Yoga because she wanted to help others with their problems related to physical and mental health, which aligns so naturally with SARVA’s vision of connecting 7 billion breaths through yoga. She is experienced in the classic yoga forms of Hatha and Ashtanga which are considered to be the oldest forms in the world. She has a Masters in Yogis sciences (Dev Sanskriti University) and has taught over 100 members in her short tenure with SARVA. Her goal for taking up Yoga was to live a healthy and peaceful life herself. She has won several certificates in the field of Yoga. Her one line advice to a beginner is, don't compare yourself to others, your journey is unique. As a mentor, you can expect Supriya to give you her full undivided attention and fuel you with energy to finish your sessions! She is the perfect coach to help you with the goals of weight loss and general fitness.
Apart from individual specialities, Supriya Verma is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
