Just as powerful as her classes, Vanshikas ideology inspired her to pick up Yoga. It helped that her father supported her whole heartedly and that’s why her practice is very close to her heart. Her 4 years of Yoga practice and Masters degree in Yogic sciences (Patanjali University of yoga Science) allows her to explore several things in the field of health and wellness. Her 600+ students in SARVA have learned Hatha, Yin, Brick and Vinyasa forms of Yoga from her and have loved every class. Vanshika aims to be independent in her life and we vouch that she sure has the grit to do it. She has completed several courses in the last 2 years and has provided yoga classes to those who struggles with their health during the pandemic.
