“Calming the mind is yoga” says our trainer Vikas, who is a Masters in yoga from University of patanjali. His expertise in Hatha Yoga has made him rediscover his life. He took up Yoga after a terrible accident and was completely enamoured by the practice, so chose to stay with the practice for life. His goal in life is to spread Yoga fr and wide across the world. His 100+ students agree with this philosophy as well. The one piece of advice he gives all his students is to only focus on their breath, and nothing else. He has been studious since the time he was a child and he loves to amass information about different subjects. Vikas is the perfect trainer for the goal of weight loss and overall fitness.
Apart from individual specialities, Vikas is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
