'Opportunities don't happen. You create them', is the principle that Vikrant lives by. With experience of 5 years in the field of yoga, Vikrant has taught more than 1500 students with SARVA. Various factors played a role that inspired him to become a yogi. Since his childhood, helping others was his hobby. For him, yoga is a medium that people can adopt as an aid for their wellness. Prior to yoga, he was an athlete who played 3 times at the national level in India. His interest in fitness was on the peak since his childhood and has always loved to help people stay healthy through his unique style of teaching. Vikrant has a Bachelor's degree in yogic science (University of Patanjali) and has multiple certifications. He has participated in various studies such as Research on Yoga: Methods and Measurements By Director Patanjali Research Foundation Dr. Shirley Telles, world's first symposium on 'Role of Meditation in prevention and treatment of Cardiovascular disease' by AIIMS, Rishikesh and participating in 'Cognitive Behaviour Therapy' by dr. Renu Rastogi He has a certification for completion of High Altitude Mountaineering Course at Atal Bihari Vajpayee institute of mountaineering and Allied sports. “As you study yoga, you become knowledgeable and as you learn, you leave behind a legacy of that knowledge” is his advice to beginners. Vikrant in his tenure with SARVA and inspired many of his members to go beyond their limits and achieve the goals that seemed impossible to achieve through yoga. You can be sure to get inspired and be prepared to be surprised by your own achievements under his guidance. He is the perfect coach to help you if your goal is weight loss and general fitness.
Apart from individual specialities, Vikrant Dubey is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
