Yes, you will receive reminder emails so that you don't forget to tune in and join us.
Q.2 How can I join these sessions?
You can join these sessions via ZOOM (either by app or the desktop version). Please download the ZOOM app on your desktop or mobile phone before the session.
Q.3 Are these sessions conducted LIVE?
Yes, these are all LIVE and interactive sessions.
Q.4 Will I get to ask questions?
Yes, you will get the opportunity to interact and ask questions towards the end of every session.
Q.5 Should I bring anything for the session?
Have a yoga mat for all sessions and a BIG smile.
Q.6 What should I wear?
Wear well fitting clothes, which will allow you to exercise freely.
Q.7 I am not flexible - Can I still join the sessions?
Yes, there are several beginner yoga sessions. Also, our trainers will help you push your limits.
Q.8 Can I eat before a session?
We would recommend you to be on a light or empty stomach condition before the sessions so that you are comfortable doing the different yoga asanas we teach you.
Q.9 Will I experience any discomfort after the sessions?
These sessions are curated to make you feel better. Most of them are beginner-friendly so you need not worry. In case you do feel some mild discomfort in your muscles, it is mainly because your muscles were stretched and that is a good thing. So don't worry and continue to practice! Stop if you experience severe discomfort while breathing or severe pain in your joints
